THE BEGINNING

From a Question to a Product

It started with a frustration, not a business plan. Every electric toothbrush on the market seemed to force the same trade-off you could have the technology, or the comfort, or the design, but rarely all three in one brush. We didn't think that trade-off should exist.

So instead of picking a supplier, adding a logo to an existing toothbrush, and calling it a day, we asked a harder question:

What would this product look like if we built it the right way, from nothing?

That question became Auris.

DESIGN & PROTOTYPING

Where the Idea Became a Shape

Before Flow 360™ was a product, it was a hundred rough sketches and a lot of arguing over small details.

  • How should it sit in your hand at 7 am when you're half asleep?
  • How should the bristles move around a molar versus a front tooth?
  • What should it feel like the moment you pick it up off the charging base?

We built early prototypes just to answer those questions some in 3D-printed plastic, some barely functional, all of them wrong in some way that taught us something.

We tested brush angles, bristle softness, motor placement, weight distribution, and how the whole thing felt after 60 seconds of actual use, not just in a boardroom.

Design, for us, isn't a final coat of paint. It's the process that decides whether a product actually works before it ever decides how it looks.

PRODUCTION HUB

Why We Built Our Own Production

At a certain point, most brands stop. They finalize a design, hand it to a factory, and move on to marketing. We didn't want to stop there. If a bristle felt slightly too stiff, or a seal wasn't quite tight enough, we didn't want to find out from a customer review — we wanted to catch it on our own line, before it ever left the building. That level of control isn't possible when you're renting someone else's production and someone else's standards. So we invested in our own manufacturing — our own tooling, our own assembly lines, our own quality checks at every stage. It costs more, it moves slower, and it's a lot more work than outsourcing. But it means when something carries the Auris name, we know exactly how it was made, because we made it.

FROM PROTOTYPE TO MANUFACTURING

From Line One to the Box on Your Counter

Getting from prototype to finished product isn't one step — it's dozens.

Molds have to be built and tested. Electronics have to be sourced, assembled, and checked for consistency. Every unit goes through quality control before it's packaged. Small imperfections that wouldn't matter to most factories get sent back at ours.

It's slower than buying off a catalog. It's also the only way we know how to make sure the Flow 360™ you unbox performs exactly the way the one on our test bench did.

WHAT'S NEXT

This Is Just the First Product

Flow 360™ is where we started, not where we stop. The same process — real prototyping, real manufacturing, real quality control — is how every future Auris product will get made. We're not interested in being another name stuck on a generic supplier catalog. We'd rather build fewer things, and build them right.

Designed from the idea up. Built with purpose.

WHAT WE STAND FOR

Three commitments behind every product.

Engineered, not assembled

Every product goes through the same rigor as premium hardware — materials, tolerances, and finish included.

Results you can verify

We publish what our formulas and devices actually do, backed by testing, not just marketing claims.

A ritual worth keeping

Charging, refills, and routines are designed to disappear into your day, not add friction to it.
